Our scientific advisors are highly esteemed clinicians and researchers with expertise in hair loss disorders. These volunteers meet regularly to seek out and review the most worthy research grant submissions for funding by CARF. Their oversight is critical to achieving CARF’s mission to find effective treatments and a cure. This dedicated group shares ideas and news about the latest research concerning cicatricial alopecias and notifies members of the medical community about resources and developments of interest to cicatricial alopecia patients.
