To produce the best possible outcomes…

Understanding and treating primary cicatricial alopecia can be frustrating for both patients and physicians.  Patients struggle with fear and apprehension of what the future holds, and physicians can become frustrated trying to properly diagnose these challenging conditions and determine best treatments. One thing is clear —to produce the best possible outcome, it is essential for proper diagnosis as early as possible for every patient. CARF’s mission is to provide the most up-to-date, cutting edge, and comprehensive information for physicians and medical professionals who are treating patients with cicatricial alopecia.
